Wills

Have you made a Will, or have you recently reviewed and updated your Will if, you already have one? It doesn’t matter what age you are, if you have any assets you should have a legally binding Will

We can also help you with your last wishes or a living Will which will take care of your immediate instructions upon your death and before your main Will is read.

Family

Our highly experienced family and matrimonial experts pride themselves on the excellence of their advice and high quality service. As experienced negotiators, they will always try to broker an agreement at an early stage to avoid protracted court proceedings. However this is not always the case, and if court proceedings are inevitable our lawyers are tenacious and will fight for you to reach the resolution you seek.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Disputes are sometimes inevitable and during these times, it is necessary to protect your rights.

We would always try to settle  disputes without the need to go to court if possible.  However this is not always the case and sometimes litigation cannot be avoided.  Our experts will work you during such times, to try and achieve the best outcome to your particular case.

Litigation can be very time consuming and complex.  We will try to where possible narrow down issues in an expeditious way to prevent protracted litigation.
